From Antigonish, NS
Take the Trans Canada Hwy 104 East to Route 4, Exit 36 Afton /Tracadie. Continue for approximately 6 kms. Follow the signs to Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation

From Sydney, Nova Scotia
Take Route 4 West to Trans Canada Highway 104 West. Exit from the rotary to the Port Hawkesbury/ Canso Causeway. Continue on Hwy 4 to Exit 38, Guysbourough/Monastery/Tracadie. Turn right onto Hwy 4. Continue for approximately 6 kms. Follow the signs to Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation.

From Sydney Mines, NS
Take Trans Canada Hwy 105 to Canso Causeway/Antigonish Exit at the rotary. Continue to Hwy 4 Exit 38, Guysbourough/Monastery/Tracadie. Turn right onto Hwy 4. Follow the signs to Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation.

From Halifax, Nova Scotia
Take NS 102 North to Trans Canada Highway 104 East to NS Hwy 4 East at Exit 36, Afton/ Tracadie. Continue for approximately 6 kms. Follow the signs to Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw Nation.

    Tomorrow Saturday February 18 is free FAMILY swim at the Charles V. Keating Millennium Centre from 1pm to 3pm. The Paqtnkek Health Center will be providing pizza following the swim for Paqtnkek community members in the conference room at the Millennium Centre. Our apologies but due to the lack of community members requiring a ride to swim we will NOT be offering the bus to transport community members to swim. We would ask that community members offer their neighbors, friends and family a ride into swim if they are going. Thank you
